Here’s your ticket to complete freedom from store bought toothpaste
Mixing up a batch of your own hand crafted toothpaste is as easy as this!
- A Lovely Container
- Baking Soda
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Essential Oil… Peppermint, or any other that tickles your taste buds!
1/2 cup baking soda (adjust for desired consistency), 1/4 part filtered water, a teaspoon of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and about 20 drops of essential oil for flavor. Shake it up.
There you have it! Artisanal toothpaste made by you.
This recipe won’t disturb your saliva’s PH, won’t interfere with your mouth’s natural re-mineralization and won’t irritate your precious gums – but will leave your mouth feeling fresh, clean and healthy.
